摘要
对6kV, 2.5kW 高压变频器的散热系统进行了研究和设计。提出采用强迫风冷解决变频器的散热问题。在计算出系统各个功率器件发热量的基础上,根据发热量与温升之间的关系,计算出各功率开关器件所需散热器的热阻,选择了合适的散热器,并根据整个系统的发热量和散热器对气流的要求,对风机的选型以及风道的设计进行了探讨,设计了一种前进风后出风,每个散热器都与风腔独立密封连接的抽风方案。试验结果表明,该散热系统能满足运行要求。
This paper studies the design of the heat sinking in 6kV/2.5kW variable frequency drive system.Forced air cooling technology is applied in the drive system.Based on the calculation of power losses,the heat sinks are designed ac-cording to the relation between power losses and temperature rise.The scheme of air conduit is presented,which include:front air intake,sealed wind cavity and back air outtake.Each heat sink is joined into the close wind cavity separately.The experiment results show that the heat sinking is satisfied.
