摘要
根据古今某些主要针灸书籍和医案中处方用穴的统计资料，对经穴中冷僻穴的分布经脉与部位、存在的原因、研究的意义等方面进行了分析探讨。认为有必要对经穴进行一次全面整理，删除名存实亡的冷僻穴，把疗效确切，又便于归经的奇穴纳入经穴之中，以突出经穴的重点，提高经穴治疗疾病的疗效。
T According to the statistical data of points for acupuncture recipe in some acupuncturebook or medical record, this paper has analysed the rarely used points distributed channel,location,existentcause and studying meaing. The author believes that it's necessary to systematize the River points,cut out therarely used points existing in name only,bring the extra-points which have exact curative effect and easy tochannel tropism into the river points,so that the tiver points could be outstanding and the curative effectcoule be improved。
