摘要
对分布于西藏地区的棘豆属和黄芪属7个种植物的核型进行了研究,其中除小叶棘豆外其余6个种的核型均为首次报道。结果如下:1.小叶棘豆Oxytropismicrophyllum(Pall.)DC.普兰材料的体细胞染色体数目为2n=16,核型公式为2n=16+2bs=8m+8sm+2bs,核型不对称性属于2B型。拉孜的为2n=16,核型公式为2n=16=8m+8sm,属于1A型。2.冰川棘豆OxytropisglacialisBenth.exBge.体细胞染色体数目为2n=16,核型公式为2n=16+2bs=10m+6sm(2SAT)+2bs,属于2A型。第4对染色体具随体。3.毛瓣棘豆OxytropissericopetalaC.E.C.Frisch体细胞染色体数目为2n=16,核型公式为2n=16=10m+6sm,属于2A型。4.胀果棘豆OxytropisstracheyanaBenth.体细胞染色体数目为2n=48。5.劲直黄芪AstragalusstrictusGrah.exBenth.体细胞染色体数目为2n=32,核型公式为2n=32=20m+12sm,属于2A型。6.长爪黄芪Astragalushend?
The plants of genera Oxytropis and Astragalus which belonged to the family Paplionaceae are commonly distributed in dry land or high mountain region. There were similiar morphological characters,and their geographic distributions overlapped.In the present paper,the karyotypes of seven species were investigated in two genera. Their karyotype formulas and karyotype asymmetry following Stebbins's classification, were shown as follows:1.Oxytropis microphyllum(Pall,)DC:(1) 2n=16+2bs=8m+8sm+2bs, belonged to 2B type,which was from Pulan. (2)2n=16=8m+8sm, belonged to 1A type, which was from Lazi.2.Oxyiropis glacilais Benth. ex Bge:2n = 16+2bs= 10m+6sm(2SAT)+2bs,2A type,which was camed with a satellite in the 4th pari of chromosomes.3.Oxytropls sericopetala C. E. C.Friseh:2n=16=10m+6sm,2A type.4.Oxytropis stracheyana Benth:2n=48.5.Astragalus strictus Grah. ex Benth:2n=32=20m+12sm,2A type.6.Astrasalus hendersonii Baker:2n=16=2m+10sm (2SAT)+4st,3A type,which Was carried with a satellite in the 5th pari of chromosomes.7.Astragalus oplites Benth.ex Parkers:2n=16=8m+8sm. 1A type, in which the karyotypes of seven species studied were investigated for the frist time except that the chromosome numbers of O. microphyllum had ever been reported Basic chromosome number in the two genera were x=8.
