摘要
氨氮的去除是焦化废水处理工程的关键.在浙江某焦化厂废水处理工程中,采用高效微生物(HSB菌种)与O-A-O处理工艺相结合,在不外加碳源情况下将废水中的氨氮从600~800 mg/L降到15 mg/L以下,氨氮去除率为95%~98%,总脱氮率>80%,并且出水COD基本维持在100 mg/L以下,达到了<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准.
Removal of NH_3-N is the key to coking wastewater treatment. HSB / O-A-O was used for wastewater treatment in a coking plant of Zhejiang. Under the condition without external carbon, NH_3-N concentration was reduced from 600-800 mg/L to less than 15 mg/L, with removal rate of 95%-98% and total nitrogen removal rate more than 80%, effluent COD was kept at no more than 100 mg/L, coming up to I-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996).
