邻甲酚降解假单胞菌MeP的分离、鉴定与应用 被引量:1

摘要 焦化废水是钢铁冶炼等行业所产生的占比高、毒性大的污染物,生物降解技术已成为治理这类污染物最理想的方法,同时也是目前最具潜力和研究价值的技术。从湖北黄石某焦化厂土样中,分离出1株能高效降解邻甲酚等酚类污染物的菌株(命名为MeP),经鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)。该菌株可在7 d内完全降解200 mg/L邻甲酚,为后期研究其在降解酚类污染物过程中的基因表达、代谢通路及相关中间产物等奠定良好基础,也有助于后期对菌株的定向改造,这将极大地拓展菌株的应用潜力及价值。 Coking wastewater is the highest proportion and most toxic pollutant produced by industries such as iron and steel smelting.Biodegradation technology has become the most ideal method to treat such pollutants,and it is also the technology with the most potential and research value at present.From the soil sample of a coking plant in Huangshi,Hubei,a strain named MeP can efficiently degrade o-cresol and other phenolic pollutants was isolated and identified as Pseudomonas sp..This strain can completely degrade 200 mg/L o-cresol within 7 days.It has laid a good foundation for the later study of its gene expression,metabolic pathways and related intermediate products in the process of degrading phenolic pollutants.It will also help the later targeted transformation of strains,which will greatly expand the application potential of strains and value.
