How Relationship Bonds and Relationship Quality Impact Customer Voluntary Action

摘要 不同的关系结合方式与不同的关系品质对于顾客自发行为的影响是不同的。本研究通过实证调查,对影响顾客自发行为的路径进行了分析和探讨,得出了结构性结合方式通过承诺中介影响顾客自发行为的关键路径。 Different relationship bonds and relationship quality combination have different influence on customer voluntary performance.By analyzing the path of customer voluntary performance,this paper found the key route that structural bonds influ- ence on customer voluntary performance by virtue of the middle variable-commitment.
