摘要
通过 6次采样观测到湖北省武汉市新洲区道观河水库浮游动物有 62种 (隶属 28科 47属 ),其中原生动物 23种,轮虫 17种,枝角类 12种,桡足类 10种。平均密度为 1 392个 /L,其中原生动物和轮虫占绝对优势,分别占 51. 66%和 45. 67%,枝角类和桡足类数量极少,分别仅占 0. 36%和 2. 31%。浮游动物生物量平均为2. 27mg/L,其中原生动物最少,为 0. 23mg/L,轮虫、枝角类和桡足类数量接近,分别为 0. 75mg/L、0. 52mg/L和0. 76mg/L;从季节上看,浮游动物密度 5月最高, 3月次之, 1月和 7月最低;而生物量则是 9月最高, 7月次之, 1月和 3月最低。浮游动物和浮游甲壳动物的Simpson多样性指数分别为 9. 00和 6. 84。根据浮游动物生物量和优势种类组成判断该水库为中富营养型。提出应纠正过去将浮游动物密度转换成生物量工作中数据处理上的一个偏差,建议尽快统一依据浮游动物多样性指数评价水体营养水平的评判标准。
Community structure and standing crops of zooplankton were studied bimonthly in Daoguanhe Reservoir, Wuhan, from January to November 1999. Sixty-three species (belonging to 47 genera, 28 families) were identified. The annual standing crop of zooplankton was 1391.63 ind/L in density and 2.27 mg/L in wet weight. In terms of annual density, the zooplankton of the reservoir was dominated by protozoa (51.66%) and rotifera (45.67%); In terms of biomass, crustacean zooplankton (including cladacera and copepoda) contributed as high as 56.72%. The density of zooplankton was highest in May (2352.68 ind./L) and lowest in January and July (428.65 and 916.45 ind./L, respectively); however, the highest biomass occurred in September (2.81 mg/L) and the lowest biomass occurred in January and March (1.17 and 1.98 mg/L, respectively). Margalef indices of zooplankton ( d z ) ranged from 6.52 to 12.18 (averaged 9.00); Margalef indices of crustacean zooplankton ( d c ) ranged from 3.80 to 10.57 (averaged 6.84). Based on zooplankton community structure and standing crops, it appeared that the reservoir was in mesoeutrophic status and will become eutrophicated. It is time for the correction of the bias in the conversion from density to biomass in much previous work. It is also suggested that a common criterion for the evaluation of water trophic state using biodiversity indices is terribly needed.
