摘要
作者结合医院具体实践,探讨专科中心应具备的共同特点和基本条件,总结对其的扶持原则和管理经验;论证专科中心的作用和地位,提出其进一步发展的思路。
Combined with actual practice of their hospital, authors explored the common characteristics and basic conditions which are absolutely necessary for specific department centers, summarized fostering principles and management experience for those centers demonstrated the role and position of those centers, put forward the train of thought for further developing those centers.
