摘要
本文阐明了科研成果转化的概念和阶段,系统讲述了成果转化的四种模式,分析了制约科研成果转化为生产力的因素,提出了促进科研成果转化的方法。
Combined with the practice in military moderate-low hospitals, this study expounded the concept and stages of the transformation of achievements in scientific research,systematicly explained four patterns of the achievement transformation, analysed the relative factors restricting transformation of achievements into productive force, put forward the methods promoting the transformation.
