摘要
通过文献资料、问卷调查、体质测试、数理统计等方法,对174名常熟理工学院大学生体质、体力活动特点进行了研究,结果表明:男生体质综合得分、体质健康达标率均好于女生,女生体质健康水平亟待提高;男生以参加大强度活动为主,女生参加中等强度体力活动的居多。但是,男女生的体育锻炼时间均偏少,建议大学生应每周参加5次或5次以上的中等强度体力活动。
In this paper,the author investigates 174 college students in their fitness and physical activity,and analyzes the relationship between the two sides,which shows that male students are much better than female ones in fitness,so the latter should improve their fitness urgently;all students lack enough exercises and their adaptation and communication ability need to be enhanced in a large degree.Meanwhile,male students are likely to take part in more vigorous-intensity activities and the female moderate-intensity ones.Positive relationship is between fitness and exercise.Therefore,the author suggests that college students should have more active as well as moderate-intensity activities for 5 days or more every week.
