摘要
对大枣多糖中β- 葡聚糖含量的测定方法进行了探讨。结果表明 ,用刚果红法直接测得大枣多糖中 β- 葡聚糖含量为 3.4 7% ,用酶法测得的含量为 4 . 0 3% ,而经酶前处理后用刚果红法测得的 β -葡聚糖含量为 4 .33%。结果显示 ,经酶处理后的刚果红测定法更为可靠。
The method for analysis of soluble β-glucan jujube polysaccharides was investgated. The results showed that the content of β-glucan was measured 3.65% by congo red method and 4.03% by enzyme digestion.If using congo red method after enzyme digestion,4.15% of β-glucan was obtained. The conclusion is that the combination of the two methods is more accurate to detect the content of β-glucans in jujube polysaccharides.
