摘要
以裸燕麦麸为原料提取β-葡聚糖,研究提取温度、提取时间、料水比等对β-葡聚糖提取率的影响,通过单因素实验及正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。采用该工艺得到的β-葡聚糖产品含量可达到80%以上。
β-glucan was extractted from naked oat bran. The effects of temperature,time,the ratio of sample and extraction solvent were investigated. From the single factor and systematical linear tests experiments we have fixed the optimum extracting condition. The preparation produced 80 % β-glucan.
