摘要
培训是企业人力资源建设的重要环节,也是企业留住人才的关键,故在企业实施有效培训令人关注。分析了我国企业培训中存在的主要误区,提出了相应的建议对策,即建立有效的企业培训体系。
Training is an important part of human resource management and more and more attention is paid to the effective training nowadays. This article points out the main problems of the training in the corporation, and then puts forward the suggestions,building up corporation training system.
