In front of new situation and new mission of war field and medical markct, Shenyang general hospital found out successful experience on promoting overall construction of hospital by key subjects. Leading by goal, gathering force of construction, uniting idea of construction, locating reasonable goal for development, optimizing distribution of resources, breaking through by characteristics to strengthen the core competitiveness of key subjects, occupying frontier to form characteristics, enforcing tradition to advance characteristics, deepening scientific research, improving level of subjects by training talents, managing in accordance with laws to develop continuously, improving leadership and inspiring, and establishing appraising system.
