摘要
在现代高新技术的推动下 ,图书馆正在发生着一场革命。在这场革命中 ,图书馆的每个组成部分都在发生变化 ,构成图书馆的各种要素都要重新定义。随着网络时代的来临 ,人们开始规划各类图书馆特别是公共图书馆发展的蓝图。因此对未来网络环境下公共图书馆可持续发展的若干问题进行研究和探索 ,也就变得越来越迫切 ,也很有现实意义。
With the network time coming,men begin to plan blueprint of many kinds of libraries especially public libray.So it gets much urgent and interesting go study and explore some questions of sustained development on public library under future network environment.
