摘要
虽然现代图书馆的出现是出于一种社会制度的安排,但数字环境下图书馆还需要具备棱心能力,它对实现图书馆的可持续发展意义重大。论文通过阐述图书馆核心能力的必要性、重要性来分析图书馆职业中作为主体的图书馆员应该担负的职责。
Although the existence of library proceeds from an arrangement of social system, it is necessary for libraries to process with some core competences in digital environments, for it has great significance in library＇s persistent development. This paper analyzes the responsibility of librarians, who are the main body of the library occupation, in the course of fostering core competences via illuminating the importance and necessity of core competences.
