摘要
本试验选择的材料为中国品种群内在呼和浩特地区大面积栽培的刺籽菠菜和圆叶菠菜2个品种,欧洲品种群来源荷兰的阿蒂卡和英国菠菜2个品种。对这些品种可食部分的可溶性糖、Vc、粗蛋白、矿质元素、氨基酸、粗纤维及草酸等与品质密切相关的生化成分进行了测试分析,结果表明,决定菠菜品质性状的主要营养成分含量变化规律是:欧洲品种优于中国品种;在中国品种中,圆叶品种优于刺籽品种。在露地栽培条件下,所测的生化成分中,其可溶性糖、Vc、Fe及草酸含量,在各品种间的差异是显著的。
his experiment selected “pointed-leaves
spinach” and circular-leaves spinach. which werewidely cultivated in Huhhot region of China,
as well as“Ar-di-ka”which came from Netherland ofEurop,and“ British spinach”as
experimint materials.Their nutrient components were analyed,including soluble sugar,vitamin
c,crude protein ,mineral elents,amino acid ,crude cellulose and oxalicacid in edibe parts. The
results shown that,in terms of major nutrient components,European varietieswere better than
Chinese varieties in this cxperiment,and among Chinese varieties, the “ circular-leaves
spinich”was better than “pointed-lcaves spinach”.The differences of tested components
weremarked existence among observed varaties under the condition of open field cultivation。
