摘要
小梁切除术降眼压机理主要是外引流,故泸枕形成的好坏是手术成败的重要标志。结膜瓣的制备直接影响泸枕的形成。本文总结29例41眼经角膜缘切口小梁切除术,与对照组比较,具有损伤轻、愈合快、泸枕形成好、手术野清晰、简便、省时、效果可靠等优点。
External drainage resulting in lowering intraocular pressure is the majormechanism of trabeculectomy. Therefore, whether the follicular bleb functionswell or not is an important sign for evaluation of the operation performed,and preparation of the conjunctival flap has a direct influence on formationof the follicular bleb. Modified trabeculectomy was performed in 29 cases(41 eyes) , from September 1986 through April 1987, through limbo-conjunctival incision. It was thought that this operation has many advantages, such as, mild injury, quickly healing, good formation of follicular bleb, operative field clear, operative procedure simple and convenient, time-saving and reliable operative effect.
