摘要
作者对159例共185眼抗青光眼手术中采用以穹窿部为基底的L型结膜瓣及巩膜瓣的计划缝合。经临床观察,此法操作简单易掌握、并发症少、安全可靠,随访观察获得了满意的近、远期疗效,有一定的临床推广价值。
In anti-glaucoma operation of 185 eyes of 159/cases we incised conjunctiva by L type, with thefornix as the base. The results showed that the meanswas safe, reliable and performed easily. Also itscomplication was less. Followup investigation verified thatthe effects of short and long term were better. It was suitable to populizing and applicating in clinic.
