摘要
The Luzhuang site is situated in Funing county, Jiangsu province. It was surveyed by the Nanjing Museum in the 1970s and yielded objects of the jade cong emblem square outside and circular inside, stone axe, adze, chisel, yue battle axe, knife, arrowhead, weight and grindstone, and pottery spindle whorl, as well as pottery shards such as T-shaped legs of ding and gui tripods. The site belongs mainly to the Liangzhu culture and contains some elements of the Dawenkou culture. The Liangzhu culture remains at Luzhuang are earlier than the Longshan culture in the Haidai area and can be dated to the time from c. 5000 to c. 4600 BP.
