摘要
针对区域水资源实时监控系统规模不断扩大、监控设备日益复杂、性能要求不断提高,传统的系统集成技术已难于满足要求的情况,提出一种基于OPC和构件技术的开放式三层水资源实时监控管理系统框架,阐述了系统各层的设计.OPC技术规范和构件技术的采用,提高了系统的开放性、扩展性、兼容性和可维护性.该系统体系结构设计方案适用于大区域或流域水资源实时监控管理系统.
In consideration of the fact that the conventional software structure does not adapt to the complex real-time water resources monitoring and management system, an open software structure of three-tier was put forward based on the OPC and component techniques, and a detailed explanation of its tier structure was given. The software structure is of good openness and high flexibility, compatibility, reliability and maintainability and suitable for the water resources monitoring and management system for large areas and river basins.
