摘要
采用自制的CO2 超临界流体萃取系统提取了银杏叶中聚戊烯醇酯 ,考察了温度、压力、流速及时间等因素对提取效率的影响 ,确定了最佳的超临界流体提取条件。实验结果表明 ,CO2 超临界流体提取银杏叶中聚戊烯醇酯的最佳压力、温度、流速、时间分别为 2 5MPa、6 5℃、8mL/min、6h。采用本方法萃取的提取物经过硅胶色谱柱纯化及高效液相色谱分析 ,与溶剂提取法相比较 。
Polyprenols in leaves of gink biloba were extracted with self-made CO 2 SFE system. The influence of temperature, pressure, flow rate and extraction time on extraction efficiency was investigated. The optimal extration conditions were found: pressure 25MPa, temperature 65℃, flow rate 8mL/min and extraction time 6h. The extract was purified by silica gel column and quantified by RP-HPLC. Compared with solvent extraction, this method is more efficient.
