摘要
目的 :探讨 3种茶叶金坛 、茅山 、炒青不同浸泡时间和不同冲泡次数铅铜砷的溶出特性。方法 :采用微波消解、原子吸收法测定了这 3种茶叶中铅铜砷的含量。并用茶叶标准物质 (GBW 0 760 5 )对测定方法的准确度进行了验证。结果 :结果表明方法的回收率介于 90 %~ 110 %之间 ,结果准确可靠。结论 :茶叶中不同元素在不同浸泡时间和不同浸泡次数时其溶出特性各不相同。
Objective: To probe into the extracting traits of lead,copper and arsenic in three kinds of teas Jintan**,Maoshan**,Chaoqing treated by different soak time and different soak times The measuring methods were validated running the certificate reference tea (GBW07605) under the same conditions Methods:The contents of lead ,copper and arsenic in three kinds of teas were measured by AAS and microwave heating.
