摘要
在盐酸介质中,依据Cr(Ⅵ)离子氧化丽春红S褪色的原理提出了测定Cr(Ⅵ)离子的新方法,考察了测定的最佳条件。最大吸收波长λmax为510 nm,Cr(Ⅵ)离子在5~45μg/10 mL范围内符合比尔定律,测定的线性回归方程为A510=0.203 2ρ(mg/L)+0.024 23,相关系数为0.996 0,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.4×104L/(mol.cm)。该法用于水样中的微量Cr(Ⅵ)测定,RSD小于1.50%。
A new photometric method for the determination of micro-amounts of chromium (Ⅵ) is proposed based on the oxidation of Ponceau S by Chromium (Ⅵ) in HC1 medium. The optimal conditions are obtained. According to our experiments, the maximum absorption of Ponceau S lies at 510 nm. Between the ranges of 5-45 μg/10 mL, Cr (Ⅵ) ions can comply with the Lam- bert-Beer Law. The linear regression equation is A510 = 0. 203 2 p(mg/L)+ 0. 024 23 and the related coefficient is 0. 996 0. Molar absorption coefficient is 4.4×10^4 L/(mol·cm). The proposed method has been used to measure minor Cr (Ⅵ) in water samples with RSD less than 1.50%.
