摘要
劳动力资源开发的评估是企业人力资源管理与开发的重要组成部分和关键职能之一。长期以来 ,由于未能有效构建出有中国特色的劳动力资源开发评估模式 ,对实践造成了不良影响。本文详细阐述了评估理念与评估流程 ,构建了基于集对分析 (SPA)的同异反评估方法的评估模型。作者指出了目前评估工作存在的误区 。
The evaluation of the development of labor resources is one of the important parts and key functions of the human resources management and development in enterprises.Evaluation ideals and processes are brought forward; A SAP evaluation model based on Set Pair Analysis is constructed; The authors point out the errors in evaluation and come up with countermeasures in the end.\;
