摘要
密花石豆兰全草通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和SephadexLH-20柱层析等方法分离得 4个化合物。波谱分析确定它们的结构分别为 3 ', 4 ''-二羟基-3 '', 5 '-二甲氧基联苄 (1, gigantol); 3 ', 3 ''-二羟基 -5 '-甲氧基联苄(2, batatasinIII); 7-羟基-2-甲氧基 -1, 4 -菲醌 (3, densiflorolB)和 2, 5 -二羟基 -4 -甲氧基菲 ( 4,moscatin)。化合物 3和 4首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物 1和 2首次从密花石豆兰中分离得到。
Four compounds (1~ 4) were extracted and isolated from the all herbs of Bulbophyllum odoratissimum by repeated chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis (1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR, NOESY and EIMS) to be gigantol (1), batatasin Ⅲ (2), densiflorol B (3) and moscatin (4) respectively. Compounds 3 and 4 were first isolated from the genus of Bulbophyllum, and compounds 1 and 2 originally from Bulbophyllum odoratissimum.
