摘要
[目的 ]探讨病人自缢后精神科护士情绪的变化。 [方法 ]用焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和自行设计的一般健康问卷 ,对病人自缢事件发生 1个月后 5 5名护士进行焦虑症状调查。 [结果 ]精神科护士SAS评分为 47.65分± 8.91分 ,焦虑症状检出率为 81.8%。 [结论 ]精神科护士的身心健康状况应受到关注。
Objective: to probe into the changes of nurses in psychiatric department after experienced a case underwent self-hanging.Method: a total of 55 nurses were investigated on anxiety by filling out self-rating anxiety scales (SAS) and self-made common health questionnaires one month after self-hanging of the patient. Result: the average score of SAS in nurses of psychiatric department accounted for 47.65±8.91. And 81.8% of nurses still had some anxiety one month later. Conclusion: it showed that one should pay attention to physical and mental health of nurses in psychiatric department.
