摘要
利用模式识别法对掺入各种添加剂的镁水泥进行分类的结果,设计了几组用于改善镁水泥耐水性能的添加剂.测定了掺入这些添加剂的镁水泥的力学性能并观察了显微结构.结果表明:经水泡三个月,这些镁水泥的主要水化产物仍保持为5型相(5Mg(OH)_2·MgCl_2·8H_2O),其抗压强度都超过70MPa,明显改善了镁水泥的耐水性能.说明利用分类的结果,可以有效地进行镁水泥耐水性添加剂的设计.
Several kinds of additives for improving water-resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement
are designed on the basis of results obtained by parametric space dividing by using pattern
recognition technique.The mechanical properties and SEM microstructure of the cement doped
with designed additives have been studied.The result shows that compressive strength of all
the cements exceeds 70 MPa and that phase 5(5Mg(OH)_2·MgCl_2·8H_2O)still remains as the
main hydrate product after immersing in water for 3 months.It indicates that the design of
additives via pattern recognition technique is very effective.
