摘要
目的探讨高压电烧伤早期肾皮质血液灌流 (RCHP)的变化及其机制。方法采取重复测量设计 ,分实验组和对照组 ,先制作高压电烧伤动物模型 ,再应用LISCA激光多普勒组织灌流图像仪(LDPI)连续观测家兔电烧伤前后8h内肾皮质血液灌流量及尿量的改变。结果正常RCHP值(2.60±0.73)V ,电烧伤即刻 ,灌流值为(1.41±0.45)V(P<0.05) ,电烧伤后1h ,RCHP值(2.08±0.30)V(P<0.05) ,电烧伤1h后 ,灌流值减小。电烧伤后2h,尿量明显减少 ,到伤后8h ,尿量平均每小时0.2ml。结论高压电烧伤导致肾皮质血液灌流量及尿量减少。
Objective By measuring the renal cortex hemoperfusion(RCHP)at early period after high_voltage electrical(HECI)contact injuried rabbits to study its regularity and explore the pathophsiological mechˉanism.Methods20adult rabbits were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Animal model was reproduced,voltage at10000V,electric current at1.85±0.25A and electric shock time in5sec,then meaˉsure the RCHP by LISCA Laser Doppler Hemoperfusion image instrument and urine quantity.Results Normal perfusion value:2.60±0.73V,on the time of injuring,perfusion value:1.41±0.45V(P<0.05),after1hour of HECI,perfusion value decreased little by little,after2hours of HECI,urine quantity decreased,later the approximation of urine quantity is zero.Conclusions After the rabbits were injured by high_voltage electric burn,RCHP value and urine quantity decreased.
