摘要
本文以打赢高技术条件下局部战争为主线 ,深刻阐述了当前我军卫勤保障存在的主要问题 ,分析了海湾战争以来 4场高技术局部战争的卫勤保障模式 ,指出做好新时期军事斗争卫勤准备必须坚持以军事战略方针统揽全局 ,以信息化建设为发展方向 ,以能力建设为重点 ,更新卫勤建设理念 ,完善卫勤保障理论体系 ,加强软、硬件建设 。
In line with winning in local war under high technology, the author illustrated key problems in medical support, analyzed the mode of medical support in four wars since the Gulf War. Then put forward viewpoints as in line with information construction and ability construction, updating construction idea of medical support, improving theory system of medical support, strengthening construction of software and hardware to advance the ability of medical support.
