摘要
目的制订新型冠状病毒肺炎支援护士应急培训方案,实施方案并评价其效果。方法从人员选拔着手,依次进行了疫情风险及防护意识、穿脱防护装备流程、理论知识、临床技能等培训,对理论知识、临床技能及穿脱防护装备等进行成绩考核。结果与培训前比较,培训后成员的理论成绩、技能成绩及穿脱防护成绩均显著增加(P<0.01)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎支援护士应急培训方案的实施能够明显提高支援护士的自我防护及临床护理能力。
Objective To establish the emergency training program of coronavirus disease 2019 support nurses in primary hospital,and to evaluate its effect.Methods This program starts with personnel selection,and training on epidemic risk and protection awareness,putting on and taking off protective equipment,theoretical knowledge,andclinical skills were conducted in order.Assessment based on theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,and protective equipment.Results Compared with before and after training,all of the theoretical scores,skill scores,and wear protection scores of the emergency team members increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of the emergency training program for coronavirus disease 2019 can obviously improve the self-protection and treatment nursing ability of coronavirus disease 2019.
