摘要
中日两国女性所占的劳动率几乎占了社会整个劳动率的一半。但是尽管如此,在雇佣、工资待遇、晋升、工种及工作环境等方面,女性还是处于不利的地位,仍然存在着不平等、不公平。由于经济不景气、经济改革等原因,女性的劳动条件、社会地位受到了一定的影响。中日两国虽然在政治体制和经济形式上有着非常大的区别,但社会传统文化背景还是有相同之处,在此基础上建立起来的近代社会、现代社会也有一些相似的地方。本文在这种相似性的前提下,从女性学的视点出发,对中日两国现实社会中的女性劳动状况进行分析和比较。
The rate of women' labor in China and Japan almost accounts for half of that of the overall society. Even though, many unequal and unjust conditions still exist. Women are in unfavorable situations such as employment, wages, work kinds and working environments as well. Women's labour conditions and social status were influenced fairly by economic depression and economic reform, etc. .Although political institutions and economic forms have tremendous differences in two countries, the traditional culture background of the two societies still is somewhat similar. Furthermore, the modern societies, built on this, to some extent also share the resemble aspects. Based on the similarity, with feminism angle, this article analyses and compares the women' labour conditions in both countries.
