摘要
以D酒石酸和正辛醇为原料合成了手性拆分剂D酒石酸正辛酯,其结构经IR确证。通过正交实验得优化反应条件为D酒石酸100mmol,n(D酒石酸)∶n(正辛醇)=1.0∶2.8,对甲苯磺酸0.5g,甲苯55mL,慢速搅拌,酯化率在98%以上,收率达90%。
A chiral resolving reagent n-octyl D-tartrate was prepared from D-tartaric acid and n-octanol using p-toluene sulfonic acid and toluene as a catalyst and a solvent. The structure was confirmed by IR. The effect of molar ratio of reactants, amount of solvent and catalyst and stir speed on the yield were discussed by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of D-tartaric acid and n-octanol at 1.0 ∶2.8, p-toluene sulfonic acid at 0.5 g, toluene at 55 mL and stirring at slow speed. Under the optimum condition the yield of n-octyl D-tartrate was about 90% and the esterification rate was over 98%.
