摘要
同步器齿环在使用中的失效是由磨损造成的。磨损主要有 4种形式 ,即粘着磨损、疲劳磨损、磨粒磨损及氧化磨损。各种摩擦磨损虽然有其相关的表面形貌 ,但其磨损过程都存在裂纹的形成和扩展机制。试验结果表明 :同步器齿环磨损形式以粘着磨损为主 。
The failure of used synchronous ring was resulted from the wear.The wear types consists of adhersion wear,fatigue wear,abrasive wear and oxidized wear.Although the different wear mechanism is corresponded to different surface morphology,there exists the formation and propagation of crack in all wear.The results showed that the wear-resistance can be improved by controlling the formation and propagation of the crack due to the wear mainly responsible for the adhersion wear.
