摘要 论述了热处理工艺对特殊黄铜微观组织及耐磨性的影响.试验证实:加Ce处理的特殊黄铜,800℃ 淬火250℃以上温度回火,将会有α相的出现.由于α相在磨损过程中能够松弛应力,减轻应力集中,使磨损颗 粒不易形成,从而导致材料的耐磨性也有差异.随着温度的不同,将会有不同形态的网状相析出.350℃时得 到的网状α相结构分支形态最复杂,对材料的耐磨性最有利.剥层理论可以给这种现象很好的解释. This paper discusses the effect of heat treatment to the microstructure and wear resistance property of special brasses. the experiment proved that: the special brasses which the added Clement would have net a phase after being quenched at 800℃and tempered above 250℃. α-phase can loose the stress concentration in wear and make the wear particles form uneasily ,which can improve the wear resistance property. Different temperature will result in difference shapes of a-phase and the wear resistance property Shape of α-phase tempered at 350℃ is most complicated which does favor with the wear resistance property of material. Layer shelling theory can explain all the phenomena very well.
