松树皮提取物Pycnogenol的生物学和疾病防治功能研究进展 被引量:12

Functions of biology and disease control with Pycnogenol from pine bark extract

摘要 松树皮是一种古老的药材,其药用价值现今得到了世界范围内的关注。20世纪50年代,法国海岸松树皮提取物被制成保健品Pycnogenol。笔者概括了有关该松树皮提取物化学成分分析的研究,总结了作为强抗氧化剂的松树皮提取物在调控一氧化氮的生成、自由基清除及参与细胞抗氧化体系活动等方面的生物学功能,同时综述了该物质对心血管系统、免疫系统、神经系统、生殖系统疾病及糖尿病、癌症等的防治作用,并对其今后的发展趋势作了展望。
