摘要
测定了10例健康人、20例肺良性疾病及15例肺癌患者血LPO含量、GSH-Px活性、SOD活性及SOD/LP0比值,结果①肺癌组SOD活性,SOD/LPO比值均显著低于正常组及良性组(P<0.01;<0.05;<0.01;<0.01);②正常组及良性组SOD活性及SOD/LPO比值差别无显著性(分别P>0.05);③LPO含量及GSH-Px活性三组之间差别无显著性(分别P>0.05);④若将正常组SOD及SOD/LPO比值的均数分别减去一个标准差(x-s)作为肺癌的诊断试验阳性标准,其灵敏度分别为73.3%和73.3%,特异度为80%和70%;诊断符合率为77.1%和71.4%。上述结果提示肺癌的发生发展可能与氧自由基损伤有关。通过SOD活性及SOD/LPO比值的测定可作为鉴别肺部良恶性疾病的辅助诊断手段之一,对肺癌的辅助诊断也有一定价值。
LPO level,SOD and GSH-PX activities in blood and SOD/LPO ratio were measured in 10 normal adult controls, 20 patients with benign pulmonary disease and 15 patients with lung cancer. The results were shown in the following. 1) SOD activity and SOD/LPO ratio in lung cancer group were significantly lower than those in normal group and benign pulmonary disease group (P<0.01; <0.05; <0.01; <0.01). 2) No significant eifference of SOD activity and SOD/LPO ratio was found between the normal and benign pulmonary disease groups(P>0.05 respectively). 3) No significant diffelence of LPO level and GSH-Px activity was found in all three groups (P>0.05 respectively). 4) When x-s of SOD activity and SOD/LPO ratio in normal group were regarded as the standard of diagnosing lung cancer, diagnostic sensitivities (73.3% 73.3%) specificities (80%; 70%) and accuracies (77.1%; 71.4%) respectively. It suggested that the origin and development of lung cancer might have connections to the lesion of oxygen free radical. It was valuable and helpful in diagnosis of lung cancer by measuring SOD activity and SOD/LPO ratio.
