摘要
要想增强我国的科技竞争力,促进企业研发活动的开展,除了激励企业加大研发投入以外,促进产学研三者之间的合作研发也是一个策略选择。本文试从我国合作研发的发展现状出发,分析目前合作研发中的阻碍因素,并提出相应的政策建议。
In order to intensify our country's competency of science and technology and to accelerate R&D activities in corporations, boosting cooperative R&D between corporations, universities and scientific research institutions, compared with bestirring corporations to increase R&D investments, is an alternative strategic selection. This paper prepares to analyze the barriers in Cooperative R&D activities from the development situations of Chinese Cooperative R&D and to point out interrelated policies.
