摘要
经济与环境协调发展是我国经济可持续发展必须解决的重大问题 ,本文从环境库兹涅茨曲线 (EKC)出发 ,分析了我国环境问题的阶段性特征 ,即我国目前处于经济增长伴随环境污染加剧的发展阶段 :经济增长越迅速 ,环境问题就越突出 ,其根源在于我国粗放型的增长方式 ;并通过分析越过EKC曲线两难区间的条件 ,强调了全面实行可持续发展的紧迫性。
The balanced development between economy and environment is of crucial importance to the sustainable economic development of China. From the perspective of Environmental Kuznets Curves (EKC), the authors analyze the typical environmental problems at different stages, that is, the quick economic growth is accompanied with worsening environments because of China's typical way of extensive economic growth. The authors finally analyze the conditions for solving such problems with the help of EKC and stress the urgency of a sustainable development in an all-round way.
