摘要
区域规划是一项系统工程,经济发达国家在工业化时期所采用的规划发展模式大都是"先发展,后治理",但单纯实行该模式可能造成社会环境的极大破坏。文章在综述了区域规划新特点后,分析了我国区域规划中可能存在的的问题,最后提出了加大环境投资等若干建议。
Regional planning is a systematical project. While most developed countries had adopted the strategy of'develop first, amend second'during their industrialization, the simple adaptation of such a pattern can be devastating to an economy. This article analyzed the problems that might exist in China's regional planning and came up with several suggestions such as extending environment invest etc. after reviewing the new traits in the planning.
