摘要
在我国城市人口老年化迅速发展,城市老人的居住问题愈来愈突出。本文是从城市角度考虑老年人的居住问题,研究范围为人口密度较高的城市和社区(High Density ResidentialAreas),从社区整体来考虑老年人的居住问题及住宅建筑设计的适应性和多样性,便老年人连续的融入普通社区和人群。
In our country, with the rapid population ageing of the cities, the living problems of urban elder in big cities are standing out. This article studies the living problems of the old in the high dense residential areas and big cities based on the consideration of the whole city. In order to make old people live among the common aged people and community, the article holds the viewpoints of adaptation and variation in housing design and the living problems of urban elder.
