摘要
本文以卤虫的生殖细胞卵子作为材料进行染色体标本制备,具体研究了卤虫卵子在发育过程中染色体的变化,探讨致使孤雌生殖卤虫染色体自然加倍的可能途径,以及两性生殖卤虫卵子发生受精的具体地点。
In this paper the chromosome-making method was used to the ovocyte in the brine shrimp. The results show that the diploid chromosomes of the partheno-genetic brine shrimp in North China and those of the bisexual brine shrimp from a salt lake in Yuncheng, Shangxi Province both are 2n = 42. The ovocyte maturation (meiosis) of the parthenogenetic brine shrimp takes place in the ovary. The natural double of the chromosomes occurs when the ovocyte enters the oviduct. This double is probably due to the fusion of the ovocyte and the polar body during the second maturation divisions.The first maturation division of the ovocyte of the bisexual brine shrimp is finished in the ovary. The spermatiation occurs when the ovocyte leaves the oviduct and enters the ovisac. This happens when the ova are in the second maturation divisions metaphase.
