摘要
以科学发展观剖析草地资源属性和生产模式的突出矛盾 ,进一步认识草地资源和草产业的本质与优势 ,把形成新的草地利用配置体系、新的人工饲草料生产体系、新的现代草牧业经营体系和提高生态、经济、社会效益作为主攻方向 ,因地制宜地制定实施方案 ,推进现有规划、工程项目更趋完善 ,得到国家更大的支持 。
Using scientific deveopmet concept to evaluate the contradiction between character and productivity model of range resource, further understanding the essence and superiority of range resource and industry,taking as the main direction to rorm new range using disposition system, new artificial forage productivity system, new modern grass-animal management system, to increase ecological economical and social effect ,to work out implementing program with reference to local condition, to improve planning program and engineering program,to gain more support from national goverment, and achieve greater effect.
