摘要
新疆是我国五大牧区之一,但由于天然草场退化、人工饲草料地建设滞后,使得饲草料短缺成为制约新疆现代畜牧业发展的瓶颈问题。对新疆人工饲草地建设的现状和制约因素进行了系统分析,以激发农牧民种植饲草料的积极性、保障饲草料供给为目标,对今后新疆地区人工饲草基地建设的补贴、扶持政策提出了建议。
Xinjiang is one of China’s five major pastoral areas,the main factors including natural pasture degradation and construction lag of artificial grass base made grass shortage the bottleneck restricting the development of modern animal husbandry in Xinjiang.A systematic analysis was conducted on the present situation and restricting factors of artificial grass in Xinjiang.Subsidies and supporting policy suggestions were put forward for artificial grass base construction taking motivating agro-pastoralists＇enthusiasm in planting grass and guarding grass supply as the target.
