摘要
团体政治是近代以来以各种社团组织参与政治过程为主要特征的一种政治形式。民国时期国家为了便于控制社会 ,按照职业及地域关系组织各种团体 ,以控制团体的形式来达到控制社会的目的。同时国民政府把组织人民团体作为改良社会的一种有效手段。本文从国民政府对人民团体管理权限的变更 。
Group politics is a kind of political form characterized by involving political progress in various kinds of mass organizations since modern times. The State organized various kinds of groups according to job and regional relation in order to control the society during the period of the Republic of China, and to achieve the goal of controlling the society by controlling the group. At the same time the national government regarded establishing people's organizations as an effective means to reform the society. This article, based on the change of the administration authority of people's organization of the national government, discusses such issues as the modes of the national control over the organizations and the interaction between the state and these organizations.
