摘要
近代工商组织并非具备自治性,其所实施的一些职能也只是政府自上而下管理社会权力的延伸。同业公会中的经费管理、议事建设、选举制度、任期制度等均未达到自治的程度。同业公会并不是国家政权管理的"盲区",其所拥有的一些权力并非真正意义上的自治。
Modern business and commerce organizations do not have really autonomy,so some of the functions that they implement are only the top- down management of the government to extend social power. Associations of fund management,procedure of construction,the electoral system,tenure system,and so on,do not reach the degree of autonomy. Association is not a nation power management of the 'blind spot'; however they have some power is not in the true autonomy.
