摘要
在我国现今的市场经济条件下,第三人侵害债权制度的确立,不仅能够为及时解决债权人的债权实现提供可靠保障,给债权人以充分而有力的保护,而且能够为进一步搞好社会主义市场经济,为市场要素在法律的引导下有序地运作提供条件。因此,本文对第三人侵害债权制度进行探讨,并在此基础上提出建立相关制度的立法建议。
