摘要
2001年是中华苏维埃共和国建立70周年,这是中国共产党领导广大工农群众建立全国性政权的最早尝试,也是中国共产党领导与管理国家的最早尝试。虽然这个“国家”只存在6年时间,但它的政权体制为中华人民共和国开国政权体制提供了有益的可资借鉴的历史经验。
The Chinese Soviet Republic was not only the earliest try to build national government by the workers, peasants and other laboring people under the leadership of the CCP, but also the earliest try to lead and administer the country. Although the 'state' only existed for six years, its regime system afforded useful historical experience for the PRC to use for reference in the early period of its foundation.
