摘要
医院门诊自1997年实行三级分诊制以来,在分诊护理管理中按照综合目标考核制原则制定分诊处业务环节质量规范、科室管理质量指标、岗位服务质量标准,并分层级、多角度实施质量控制措施,提高了门诊护理质量。
Since 1997,the triage nursing was divided into three levels.According to the principle of comprehensive examination,we set up the standards for quality control of triage nursing,criteria of quality management of departments and standards of quality of service,and fulfilled the quality control measures in different levels and points.All of these measures improved the quality of nursing in the outpatient department.
