摘要
电解损毁大鼠一侧下丘脑室旁核后,将HRP注入同侧颈迷走神经干,电镜观察迷走神经背核中室旁核的投射纤维终末的超微结构及突触联系.结果:迷走神经背核中室旁核的少量纤维终末可以与副交感节前神经元的胞体和树突构成突触;多数终末与该核内中间神经元等的胞体、树突、树突棘及轴突构成突触.以轴-树突触为主,突触类刑以Gray I型为主.
The ultrastructure of the axonic terminals from the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (Pa) and the synapses in the dorsal motor vagus nucleus (DMV) were studied.The placement of electrolytic lesions in the Pa was carried out first,and then the injection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was given into the vagal nerve trunk in the neck.The results were as follows:Some Pa terminals contacted with the perikaryous and dendrites of the parasympathetic preganglionic neurons of the DMV.Most of the Pa terminals were found presynaptic to the dendrites,somas,spines and axonic terminals of the intercalated neurons.The number of axodendritic synapses was the largest.Almost all of the synapsese appeared to be of asymmetrical type.
